Where does your breakfast come from?

We believe in using the very best products in our breakfasts and source our food with great care. We use local producers whenever we can.

If you have enjoyed the food you have tried with us why not take some home?

These are the people we buy from for our breakfasts:

Our milk comes from Allen Kirkbride in Askrigg, he milks his own cows and delivers our milk daily.

Yorkshire Butter comes from the Wensleydale Creamery or the Settle Creamery.

Yoghurt from Longley Farm, Holmfirth (available from Elijah Allens Hawes).

Jams and Preserves from Raydale Preserves (available from Elijah Allens in Hawes and from the Farm).

Honey from Donna Parker, Dale Farm, Worton from bees in our orchard.

Our Luxury Granola is home-made.

Biscuits in your room by The Askrigg Kitchen.

Delicious Chocolates in your room by The Little Chocolate Shop in Leyburn.

Famous Wensleydale Cheeses, visit the Wensleydale Creamery in Hawes and see it being made!

Oaten Biscuits for Cheese by A Taste of Yorkshire available from the Good Life in Hawes.

Bacon, Sausage, Kidneys and  Black Pudding we buy from J W Cockett and Son, Main Street, Hawes.

Apples, Pears and Plums we grow in our own orchard but for other fruit and vegetables (and lots more!) we buy from The Good Life in Hawes. They source locally where they can and are a real treasure trove for foodies. Find them on the Bruntacres Estate in Hawes.

Most of our fish comes from Carricks Fish who are based in Snape and sell at most local markets including Leyburn on Fridays.

All our Trout has been rod caught locally and some of the catch is oaked smoked here at Stoney End.

We bake our own bread using the 'Sunflour' brand by Hutts Flour Mill, Grewelthorpe (available from Elijah Allens in Hawes) and our eggs come from our own truly free range flock of chickens.

Speciality Beverages by Taylors of Harrogate.

The tap water here in the Dales is great but for bottled still and sparkling water The Harrogate Spa Company takes some beating.
