Bed & Breakfast Booking Terms and Conditions
- We will take a non returnable or
transferable deposit of £25 per room per night from your card at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to charge for booked accommodation if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to expected arrival and non arrivals.
- In the event of cancellations made more than 48 hours before expected time of arrival we will endeavour to re-let your accommodation, if this is not possible you may be liable to full payment.
- Early checkout of a booked reservation may result in the full charge being made at the discretion of the management.
- You may check in anytime after 2pm and check out is 11am on the day of departure.We do not offer any single accommodation.
- Rates may be changed without prior notice.
- If you expect to arrive after 6 pm please telephone Stoney End to confirm your expected time of arrival.
- We welcome responsible dog owners. Stricty limited to one small or medium sized dog unless by prior arrangement. If in doubt please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- We make a small charge of £10 per dog per stay
- We request that guests bringing their pet keep them off the beds
and furniture, do not leave them unattended in rooms and do not bring them in to the dining room.
